My Boiler was serviced and repaired yesterday by Andy, he was so lovely did a great job, very tidy and excellent at he's job will be calling on him in the near future for all jobs needed, highly recommended and so reasonably thank you for a great service and great customer service x

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled too. Outstanding on all fronts. I had a major leak from my bathroom, but Andy was first class from the moment he walked through the door. Quickly diagnosed the issue, and without hesitation got straight to work and not only fixed, but went above and beyond in helping me clear up……wouldn’t use anyone else.

Andy came on time we arranged and carried out a boiler service he was very friendly and knowledgeable I have already agreed to get my boiler serviced from direct plumbing Ltd annually thanks Arun.

Andy and the team did a great job installing underfloor heating as part of our renovation project and installing a smart heating system. The job involved unplanned moving of the upstairs central heating pipes. They were very responsive and helpful with explaining how the system works and checking the boiler / immersion heater and other items when requested
